Dulles International Airport (IAD) is the closest airport to the hotels and wedding venue. Reagan National Airport (DCA) is a 45 mile drive from the wedding venue.
For your convenience, rooms are reserved at several hotels in Leesburg, Virginia near our wedding venue. Upon calling to make your reservation, please reference ”Ross Ransom Wedding” to ensure you receive the negotiated group rate for Thursday, September 21 and/or Friday, September 22. The rate does not extend to Saturday night and beyond. This special rate will be available until Friday August 18. Each hotel offers free parking. The hotels are not offering shuttle transportation to the wedding venue.
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Rose Hill Manor. You will experience rush hour traffic during your drive to the wedding venue. We recommend using your mobile phone GPS to timely plan your route. The venue does NOT recommend using Apple Maps for directions. Please note, when traveling on Route 7 West in Leesburg, a majority of the traffic will be heading towards exit US 15 South Warrenton/Winchester. This is NOT the exit you need to take. Rose Hill Manor offers free parking.

Yes, there will be an open bar with last call 30 minutes before the reception ends.
We encourage everyone in attendance to remain up to date with COVID 19 and flu vaccinations. Feel free to wear a face mask at your discretion. Face masks and hand sanitizer stations will be provided. Performing at home COVID 19 testing the day before or the day you plan to leave for Leesburg and 4 days after returning home are also suggested. Do not hesitate to let us know directly if you are unable to attend.
